An attorney with our program will provide a free debt relief consultation for you and recommend your best options for paying off your debts. The attorney will not try to pidgeon-hole anyone into bankruptcy or any options that not appropriate for the person's case. Here is the process from the day you first contact our debt consultants and attorney:
- Submit your pre-qualification application through one of our debt consultants to start the process.
- The debt consultant will then hand over your application to the attorney.
- The completed application will then move to the attorney underwriting staff for final review.
- The attorney will contact you directly and discuss with you his recommendations for one of the debt relief options.
- There will be no attorney consultation fee for the recommended options.
Ultimately, the decision is yours to move ahead with the recommendations offered by the attorney. If you agree to move forward, you will complete paperwork and be further instructed according to which program you accept. The attorney and his staff will work with you to complete the debt payoff program to assure you achieve the success you desire to honor your debts.
