(DRF) is a marketing company. (DRF) provides a service that allows our independent contractors (IC) the opportunity to help you evaluate your situation and options regarding your responsibility, fulfillment of paying off your financial obligations to your creditors. Although each (IC) is well informed to present available options to our potential client base, (DRF) cannot assume responsibility for the actions or (lack thereof) choices or methods any person may choose in fulfilling their financial obligation with their creditors. We cannot assume responsibility of the actions, words, expressions, suggestions or lack (thereof) of any of our independent contractors. When evaluating you're options and making informed decisions' regarding your own financial needs it always best to consult with a licensed attorney, CPA or personal financial advisor. We value our integrity as a company and individuals; we are committed to providing you with a positive experience. It is impossible to make claims in advance about what is going to happen with your creditors, without knowing the specifics of each individuals situation. Every person is different so we don't claim to reduce debts by a certain amount. We can only share with you what years of overall experience of specific services & companies have been and what their underwriting/reserve requirement expectations maybe for each client on an individual basis. 11. Contract Formation
